The Sientero di Mezza Costa is the most scenic trail in the Zingaro Nature Reserve - if you walk 6 hours and about 15 kilometers with thin slippers over sharp scree... The beginning of the central coastal path is at an altitude of 290 m and runs parallel to the coastal path from south to north through the reserve. It leads over Pizzo del Corvo to Contrada Sughero (367 m), from where you have a beautiful view: And that is on my more than well perfused dirty feet :D

Everyone has seen these perfect pictures of a surfer. The bikini clings to the well-trained body and the long, blond hair blows backwards wildly. The perfect wet look - no beach spray in the world can get that look so flawlessly! And then it comes. The wave. The attempt to become one with the forces of nature of the North Sea from the front and my breakwater from the back! Summer, sun, beach and sex - well not quite, because it was barely the beginning of spring and a water temperature of 9 degrees Celcius :D
